Angela Kaufman

Angela Kaufman has been a writer, speaker and a certified intuitive consultant. She's also licensed clinical social worker as well as a registered Astrologer, and an activist. She is an Ordained minister and also a Reiki and Psychic medium. After a stay of three years in Italy Kauffman earned her name for her portrait painting as well as historical paintings. Her election in the Rome's Accademia Di San Lucia, 1765 is a symbol of recognition for her achievements. Angelica Kauffman spent only 15 years living in England but made a significant impact on the 18th-century London art scene, becoming one of the two female Founding Members in the Royal Academy. Artist Angelica Kauffman died on November 5th, 1807 age 66. Liz Powers and her brother Spencer Powers founded ArtLifting together in November 2013. Liz has been selected for Forbes 30 Under 30 and Boston Globe's Game Changers. Liz loves creating art using the pages of old books, going hiking and doing yoga. She is also a lover of sailing. The family moved to Rome in January 1763 Kauffman was welcomed into her fellow British community. After a few more months, the family moved to Naples. She continued to paint portraits, and also studied English. In Naples, Kauffman took classes in the works of The Old Masters and had her debut painting exhibited in an open exhibition in London.
